Oh, for the love of a new project!
I've done it...I've cast on for Green Gable, using GGH "Bali." Three times I've cast on for this very, very simple knit, and now I think I've got it...
But I am in New Project Heaven, and there are roses there, in that Heaven. What more could a girl ask for?
How about another edition of "Guess How Many Skeins???" It's a little blog-land game, in which I put skeins of yarn into something, and you try to guess how many I have crammed in the object. There is always a wonderful prize for the winner, and perhaps even for the runner-up....I don't think we've played since spring.
So, here we go...GUESS HOW MANY SKEINS????
What does the winner get? (Drum roll, please........)
A lovely skein of Opal Sock Yarn! CLAPPING, CHEERING, WHISTLING!!!!!
So, let's go knitters...lurkers as well....Guess How Many Skeins! Before Sunday, June 25th.

I'll do just about anything for Opal My guess is 37 skeins.
The roses are just stunning!

Well, I'm-a guessing 42.
It's getting harder and harder to resist casting on a Green Gable for myself. I'm sure it's only a matter of time!
